In immigration law, Yah specializes in refugee cases, supporting individuals who fear persecution if returned to their country of citizenship or habitual residence. She advises clients from the filing of an asylum claim to judicial review before the Federal Court, combining legal expertise with a careful, personalized approach to navigate complex procedures effectively.

Yah holds a Bachelor of Laws from Côte d’Ivoire, a Master of Laws from France, and a law certificate obtained in Quebec. She has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2017 and the Ontario Bar since 2023. Prior to founding her own firm, she practiced at several law firms in Quebec.
